Job Summary
Aggressively develop and maintain relationships with lawyers and title insurance industry constituencies to grow sales and identify new business opportunities. Conduct regular market reviews to scan for new concepts, proactively realign sales strategies, and capture opportunities while maintaining product knowledge for customer inquiries. Share relevant competitor information with the sales team, investigate customer problems, and collaborate with internal partners to develop creative solutions. Maintain expense control by monitoring personal budgets and contribute to the overall team effort by sharing best practices. Requires 5+ years of aggressive sales experience, 8+ years in legal or commercial real estate, and provincial licensing eligibility. Total direct compensation ranges from $95,300 to $145,300 CAD.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' aggressive sales experience
- Post- Secondary degree in Legal, business or related field
- Minimum 8 years of legal and/or commercial real estate experience
- Strong business development experience in a business to business sales environment
- Proven ability in building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Appropriate provincial licensing in order to sell FCT products and services
