Job Summary

Identify, target and secure new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives; develop and execute structured prospecting and territory plans; build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close; deliver compelling presentations, proposals and customer solutions; develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders; maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting; collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery; provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B business development or sales roles
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
  • A disciplined and organised approach to pipeline management
  • Experience within print, print management, branded merchandise, mailing or related industries will be highly regarded
