Business Development Manager Filter Heavy Duty Sales

Job Summary
Develops and expands sales for Fleet/Government & Heavy-Duty accounts by presenting and selling the NAPA Fleet programs, handling registrations for Fleet & Government, and coordinating with Fleet HQ on bids, RFQs, and program adoption. Responsible for achieving territory quotas, hosting local training and events, and providing feedback to drive program growth, including building relationships with current Fleet customers and applying product knowledge to meet customer needs. Requires regular travel within the territory, strong sales acumen, and proficiency with CRM and related sales tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
- Must have a solid record of success developing new business
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (including overnight stays)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
