Job Summary
Business Development Manager for Facial Aesthetics in Milwaukee, WI, focusing on growing AbbVie’s Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX, JUVÉDERM, KYBELLA) through consultative, cross-portfolio collaboration, and field-based sales execution. Responsibilities include leveraging resources to accelerate adoption and sales growth, delivering technical product and procedure expertise, differentiating products in a competitive healthcare environment, and meeting assigned sales goals by implementing the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan. Requires 3+ years of B2B2C sales experience, healthcare marketing knowledge, physician-practice insight, a valid driver’s license, ability to travel four days a week, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word. The role is field-based and located within a reasonable distance from Milwaukee, with compensation range disclosed and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or relevant experience
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (B2B2C preferred)
- Experience and knowledge of marketing principles in healthcare
- Experience with physicians' practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem solving
- Strong communication and presentation skills; contract and negotiating skills
- Financial and budgetary experience
- Ability to travel and be in the field four days a week
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and related software
