Job Summary

As the Business Development Manager, you will develop and manage the go-to-market strategy based on assigned partners, ensuring successful program awareness and adoption. Responsibilities include planning and executing quarterly programs and offers, tracking performance metrics, driving a healthy sales pipeline, and conducting regular partner visits. The role requires a strong background in IT sales, preferably in cybersecurity, with solid vendor management experience, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in IT sales
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably within cybersecurity, network security, or enterprise infrastructure solutions
  • Strong preference in a Sales and/or Business Development role
  • Solid experience in vendor management, including forecasting, enablement, quarterly business planning (QBR), and performance tracking
  • In-depth familiarity with the IT market with an emphasis on communications and/or information security
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Independent learning ability, diligence and the ability to motivate proceedings
  • High-level presentation, negotiation, and reporting skills
