Job Summary
Seeking a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead new business acquisitions and forge strategic client relationships at E Tech Group. The role involves prospecting opportunities, master solution selling, positioning E Tech as a Main Automation Partner, crafting and closing deals, managing a sales pipeline, and developing key partnerships. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant sales experience, a strong network, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls industries.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, operational challenges, and technical solutions utilized by customers.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling in Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Life Sciences relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
