Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding women's imaging services. Develop strategies to penetrate targeted markets with hospitals, outpatient centers, and physician groups while fostering relationships with key healthcare stakeholders. Lead contract negotiations, represent the company at industry events, and prepare regular reports on pipeline status and revenue projections. Consistently track all activity in the CRM system to manage a structured sales pipeline. Requires significant travel and a strong network with OB/GYNs and clinical leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the medical imaging industry or selling to OB/GYN practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of the medical imaging landscape, including modalities, reimbursement models, and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Proven success in healthcare sales or business development, ideally in women's health, diagnostic imaging, or medical service solutions
  • Strong existing network with OB/GYNs, GYNs, primary care, and outpatient clinics
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Skilled in consultative, relationship-based selling with a long-term partnership mindset
  • Comfortable and confident presenting to physicians, clinical leadership, and administrative decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows and the financial impact of imaging services
  • Ability to effectively communicate ROI, revenue potential, and operational benefits
  • High energy, engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Builds trust quickly and develops meaningful, lasting relationships with providers
  • Analytical thinker who can understand deal structure and tailor solutions to client needs
  • Capable of reviewing and understanding legal documents, contracts, and service agreements
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and experienced in managing a structured pipeline
  • Comfortable negotiating basic contract terms and facilitating internal legal review
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Willing and able to travel for meetings, events, and facility walk-throughs
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious body fluids

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with women's health services or women-focused organizations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms to track and manage business development activities
