Job Summary
Enterprise-focused Business Development Manager to drive revenue in TympaHealth Technologies Limited's enterprise segment across audiology, care home, optical, and pharmacy; duties include executing sales strategy, prospecting to a named target list as well as outbound outreach from your own research, collaborating with marketing to create demand, building relationships with senior decision-makers, progressing opportunities from identification to deal closure, coordinating with account management, product development and customer success for customer satisfaction, reporting to the UK General Manager, and maintaining knowledge of ear and hearing healthcare trends; requires B2B healthcare sales experience, ability to travel 50% domestically, and a Bachelor’s degree, plus strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with ear and hearing health technology and healthcare industry
- experience selling to large enterprise customers in medical device or healthcare sales
