Job Summary
Drive new business development in the manufacturing sector across the Tucson, AZ area with a focus on expanding market share through 70% in-field prospecting and 30% account management. Engage manufacturing clients via calls, site visits, social outreach, and email; build a strong pipeline of plant managers, production leaders, and HR partners using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo; leverage labor market intel to identify pain points such as turnover, skills gaps, and productivity challenges; provide consultative account management centered on safety, workforce optimization, and performance; win net new logos and grow the manufacturing-focused territory. Requirements include an energetic, competitive mindset, strong business acumen, excellent organization and time management, CRM experience (Salesforce a plus), strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
