Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsible for expanding market share through end-to-end sales, targeted lead generation, and consultative account management. Drive new accounts via research, relationship-building across multiple levels (including executives), and proactive follow-up using channels like phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings; leverage CRM and modern tools (Lead Gen, Vidyard, Zoom, LinkedIn) to meet weekly new-account goals while applying industry knowledge in logistics, manufacturing, or staffing.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management
- CRM proficiency
- Ability to engage with executives and decision makers
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of target market and geography
- Experience with lead generation tools and digital outreach (e.g., LinkedIn, email, phone)
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Experience in staffing or services industry is preferred
