Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying leads, qualifying prospective business, creating proposals, and presenting to clients to establish new sustainable business partnerships. This role involves actively driving negotiations, closing, and onboarding new accounts while collaborating with a service team to ensure service delivery. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the capability to work cross-functionally. A valid driver's license is necessary due to local travel requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
Desired Qualifications
- Outside sales or new account business development experience is preferred but not required!
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
