Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Business Development Manager responsibilities include identifying leads, qualifying prospective business, creating proposals, presenting to clients, and creating new sustainable business partnerships. Local travel constitutes 60-70% of the week (auto allowance provided) and this is not remote. Present customized solutions that address the prospective client's business needs, actively drive negotiations, close and onboard new accounts while coordinating with a service team for delivery. Qualifications note that outside sales or new account development experience is preferred but not required, with emphasis on cross-functional communication, strong computer skills, and a valid driver’s license for travel between branches and client locations.
