The role involves market cultivation, responding to bid invitations, reading bid specifications, surveying equipment, preparing maintenance proposals, and negotiating contracts. Candidates must possess sales experience in elevator services, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and be detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of elevator service sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks, Word, Excel)
- Excellent and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and meet the day-to-day demands
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record

- Bachelor's degree, preferred
