Job Summary
Drive the regional business development strategy for the power electronics segment in Southeast Asia, becoming the expert on our Argomax sintering portfolio, solder preforms & pastes, and Atrox silver paste to drive sales. Lead opportunity prioritization and coordinate with LOB and Applications centers to win business; act as the main contact between the region and the line of business; build long-term customer relationships, support value-based selling, and train selected salespeople on how to sell these products. Leverage the sales team to generate leads and expand markets and applications. Requires an engineering degree and at least 5 years in a technical role, willingness to travel up to >50% of time, and strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree, at minimum bachelor in Material Science, Chemistry or Chemical engineering, Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent
- Background in power electronics or SMT
- At least 5 years technical role
- Willing to travel up to >50% of working time
- Proven track record of commercial successes based on deep technical/technology insights
- Good English speaking and communication skills
