Job Summary
Prospect, cold call, and set appointments with restaurant, bar, hospital, and hotel clients to sell Easy Ice's commercial ice machine subscription. Conduct quality site surveys to understand technical requirements and coordinate successful installations with local branch operations teams. Self-generate leads through networking and customer referrals while maintaining pipeline hygiene in Salesforce. Drive monthly sales targets and installation goals by presenting value propositions and executing a one-call-close sales process. Report daily results to management and collaborate with operations and install coordinators to ensure equipment deployment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years of outside sales experience as a top performer, consistently meeting sales quotas
- Proven track record of success in with a short sales cycle, preferably a one call close
- Experience self-generating leads within a market
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively deliver presentations and product demonstrations
- Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Drive a vehicle for up to 50 percent of the hours worked
- Energetic self-starter willing to be out in your market every day
- Self-disciplined who is able to manage a territory from a remote home-office base and have a mindset of making a sale every day
- Possess a high-level of self-accountability to hitting sales targets
- Possess a friendly personality who can develop relationships with operations teams, network partners, and treats others with respect
- Willingness to act with integrity and uphold Company core values
