Job Summary
Lead development of luxury residential construction opportunities in NYC; build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, real estate brokers, developers, and other partners; maintain a robust pipeline and convert qualified leads into active pursuits. Represent the firm at industry events and exclusive gatherings, develop targeted outreach to position the company as a go-to partner for bespoke projects, and collaborate with preconstruction and project management to ensure smooth handoffs. Prepare proposals and presentations, support marketing materials, and provide market insights. Negotiate contracts with internal teams, monitor pricing dynamics, and inform strategic decisions. Requires 7+ years in luxury construction or related services, a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 7+ years of business development experience in luxury construction, premium real estate, or architectural/design services
- Demonstrated success securing high-value contracts and building long-term client relationships
- Deep knowledge of NYC’s luxury residential market and its key players
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
