Job Summary
Drive net-new revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with banks and treasury departments, through new logo acquisition or expanding within existing customers. Own the full sales cycle in a quota-carrying, hunter-focused role, from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close. Travel frequently within the U.S., with regular collaboration across internal teams to deliver tailored banking technology solutions. Responsibilities include building and qualifying prospects, generating pipeline via cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events; evaluating RFP/RFI opportunities; delivering compelling presentations and proposals; tracking progress in CRM (Monday.com); and contributing to forecast reviews. Required: Bachelor's degree, 10 years in financial industry, knowledge of banking products and regulations, strong sales, negotiation, communication, and market-analysis skills; MS Office proficiency; US-based customer focus. Expect up to 30% travel and periodic trips to Alpharetta office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
- 10 years of proven experience in the financial industry
- Knowledge of banking technology products, services, software and regulations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in MS Office
