Job Summary
Business Development Manager – Dell Technologies at SHI drives profitable growth in the Dell Technologies portfolio through strategic solution selling, technical enablement, and proactive account management. You’ll collaborate with SHI sales teams, Dell, and ecosystem partners to identify new opportunities, position SHI as a trusted advisor, lead the partner sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale follow-up, conduct technical and business discovery, architect Dell solutions, deliver customer-facing presentations and demonstrations, build cross-functional relationships to co-develop go-to-market plans, stay current on Dell roadmap and partner programs, provide enablement to SHI sales teams, and participate in quarterly business reviews and pipeline management. Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to travel and work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 5-7 years of experience with IT sales or channel business development role
- 3-5 years of experience in working with partners and the IT Channel
- Travel ability to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (15% travel)
- Ability to travel 15%
- Ability to work flexible hours
