Job Summary
Business Development Manager for a high-end luxury pool builder focusing on expanding presence in the premium residential sector. Owns end-to-end development of opportunities with luxury home builders, realtors, architects, and affluent homeowners; builds referral networks; creates territory strategies to boost brand visibility in upscale communities; represents the brand at industry events and builder associations; collaborates with leadership on sales strategy, pricing, proposals, and client presentations; maintains leads and opportunities; partners with design/ops teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to project kickoff; provides market insights and competitive observations to drive growth. Requirements include proven BD/sales experience in luxury residential construction or related industries, a strong network across realtors, custom home builders, and architects, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build relationships quickly and convert opportunities, excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills, self-motivation with limited oversight, ability to represent the brand professionally with affluent clients in the $1M+ home market, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
