Job Summary
Oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth within the cryptocurrency mining sector, including energy and power infrastructure. Identify new business opportunities and onboard clients while managing key accounts to maximize growth. Build strong relationships with institutions, mining companies, and individuals, serving as the primary point of contact for all account matters. Coordinate mining operations projects with technical teams to meet customer requirements. Monitor account performance, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to stakeholders. Stay updated on crypto mining trends, blockchain technology, and competitor activities to offer strategic advice. Address client concerns promptly, implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention rates.
Required Qualifications
- B2B sales or business development experience
- ability to independently originate customers and projects
- Ability to develop and close direct miner sales opportunities
- Ability to identify broader co-mining, hosting, data center, and site partnership opportunities
- Strong commercial awareness of energy, power, data centers, or industrial infrastructure

- basic understanding of project development timelines
- Ability to develop local customers, power resources, sites, and strategic partners in Canada from the ground up
