Job Summary
Identify, evaluate, and pursue collaborative delivery and alternative project opportunities aligned with CROM's strategic growth objectives. Champion qualification-based selection processes and act as a trusted advisor to clients during early project development, providing technical insight and delivery strategy guidance. Lead preconstruction planning efforts and bridge Business Development with collaborative delivery execution to ensure best practices are consistently applied. Develop a forward-looking pipeline using CRM tools, monitor industry trends, and actively seek opportunities to expand CROM's presence in Florida and new geographic markets. Extensive travel and overnight stays are required, with long or irregular working hours to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in engineering, construction, or related industries
- Experience with collaborative or alternative delivery projects
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Licensed Contractor, or a demonstrated pathway to licensure within one year
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Extensive travel and overnight stays as required
- Regular interaction with multiple departments and external stakeholders
- Long and/or irregular working hours

- Experience in qualification-based selection (QBS) pursuits
- Demonstrated leadership in collaborative project delivery environments
- Experience expanding business into new geographic markets
- Ability to articulate and promote CROM's unique value proposition to owners and partners
- Active member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA)
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
