Job Summary
Streamline existing partner collaborations and expand the pipeline by securing new strategic relationships with consumer financial apps, institutional players, and DeFi protocols. Act as a technical expert pitching core products to developers and executives, navigating complex enterprise sales processes including RFPs and multi-stakeholder negotiations. Develop sales enablement materials and serve as the voice of partners to provide market insights that shape product direction. Attend industry events to build meaningful connections while leveraging your deep DeFi fluency to drive B2B growth for a protocol processing over $200 billion in lifetime volume.
Required Qualifications
- True DeFi native
- Deep passion for decentralized finance
- Solid grasp of market structures
- Sharp understanding of institutional financial markets
- 7+ years of business development, account management, or partnership management
- At least 3+ years within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem
- Highly methodical and detail-oriented approach
- Patience and strategic mindset needed to nurture, streamline, and scale existing ecosystem relationships
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to act as an expert when explaining complex primitives like intent-based routing, MEV mitigation, and batch auctions to developers and executives alike
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to effortlessly tailor complex narratives for both deeply technical engineering teams and non-technical institutional partners
- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles
- Self-driven operator
- Thrives in a fully remote, open-source, and flatly structured environment
- Preference for this role to be based in Europe or remote +/- 4 hours CEST time
- Not hiring from the US, Australia, or New Zealand
