Job Summary
Business Development Manager for a commercial construction company with a base salary range of $80k–$120k, located in Fredericksburg, TX. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, architects, developers, engineers, property owners, and other industry stakeholders, and expanding market presence. Responsibilities include lead generation through networking, industry events, referrals, market research, and strategic outreach; collaborating with leadership on growth strategies; supporting proposal development, qualification packages, presentations, and RFP responses; representing the company at industry associations and events; managing BD activities and CRM records; tracking pipeline, market trends, and competitive intelligence; and reporting on sales activity and forecasted opportunities. Required qualifications include 3+ years in BD/sales/client relationship roles, construction-industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel within the territory. Required Qualifications
