Job Summary
Own the acquisition of new resellers from first touch through live integration by running your own pipeline, shaping pitches, and coordinating with technical support to get partners transacting quickly. Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, demos, and commercial negotiation while growing revenue from existing accounts by increasing deposit volume and re-activating dormant partners. Identify, prospect, and qualify new partners across target segments using outbound channels, maintain accurate CRM hygiene with weekly forecasts, and feed market intelligence back to product and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a demonstrable record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling to, or working within, the domain, web hosting, cloud, SaaS or digital services industry
- Comfort with self-generated pipeline — you are effective at cold outbound and do not wait on inbound leads
- Strong commercial instincts: you can build a margin case, structure pricing and negotiate without discounting reflexively
- Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to hold a credible conversation with both a CTO and a founder
- Working familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close or similar) and modern outbound tooling
- Willingness to work across time zones and travel occasionally for industry events
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of WHMCS, cPanel, or registrar/reseller APIs
- Understanding of the ICANN ecosystem, registry–registrar–reseller structure, and the new gTLD landscape
- Existing network among hosting providers, web agencies or domain investors
- Additional languages relevant to target markets (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi)
