Job Summary
Develop new business opportunities and build key customer relationships in the Dallas/Fort Worth market for HVAC and plumbing service solutions. Lead development of proposals to address customer pain points, identify and pursue sales opportunities, negotiate and close deals, monitor industry trends, and represent the company professionally at networking events. Requires strong verbal and written communication, integrity, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude; Bachelor's degree in business/communications or similar field; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM; pre-employment drug screen and background check.
