Job Summary
Drive new business in clinical healthcare recruiting as a fully remote Independent Contractor. Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including identifying opportunities, cold outreach, networking, discovery calls, presenting solutions, and securing signed agreements. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, clinical directors, and operations leaders. Manage a robust pipeline, collaborate with recruiting and operations teams for successful client implementation, and pursue unlimited earnings through a commission-only structure with generous revenue sharing. Flexible schedule and autonomy to work from anywhere in the U.S., with no geographic restrictions within the USA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of business development, sales, or account acquisition experience specifically within the clinical healthcare recruiting industry
- Demonstrated success selling recruiting services to healthcare organizations (physician groups, medical practices, hospitals, health systems, behavioral health organizations, dental groups, specialty clinics)
- Verifiable history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas or revenue targets
- Ability to provide specific examples of sales production and client acquisition results
- Strong prospecting, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing skills
- Existing understanding of healthcare operations and healthcare decision-making structures
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
