Job Summary
Fully remote 1099 contract Business Development Manager in the clinical healthcare recruiting space. Independently generate and pursue new business opportunities, manage a pipeline, and build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, healthcare executives, clinical directors, and operations leaders. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social selling, discovery calls, presenting solutions, closing opportunities, managing full sales cycles, and collaborating with recruiting/operations teams to support client implementation and ongoing growth. Compensation is commission-only with generous revenue-sharing and uncapped upside; no geographic restrictions within the USA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of business development, sales, or account acquisition experience specifically within the clinical healthcare recruiting industry
- Demonstrated success selling recruiting services to healthcare organizations
- Verifiable history of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to provide specific examples of sales production, business development success, and client acquisition results
- Strong prospecting, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing skills
- Existing understanding of healthcare operations and healthcare decision-making structures
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a remote sales territory without direct supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
