Job Summary
Hunter-led field sales role to build a new territory in the Cleveland market. You will prospect and generate new business, grow accounts from zero, and deepen relationships with property managers and insurance professionals. Responsibilities include organizing and attending industry events, running discovery meetings to understand client needs, collaborating with operations for seamless project handoff, and maintaining a robust pipeline in HubSpot. Travel across the territory and meet quota through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic account management.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in field sales or account management with a demonstrated hunting focus
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel across the territory
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
- Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills; confident presenter
- Source new opportunities through direct outreach, local networking, and industry events
- Build and execute a territory plan targeting high-potential accounts
Desired Qualifications
