Business Development Manager (China Team)

Job Summary
Hunt and acquire new Chinese advertisers by prospecting, building sales pipelines, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Pitch ad formats including Push and Popunder to prospects, run product demos, and guide first campaign launches. Monitor the Chinese affiliate market, track competitors, and identify new business opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, and Finance to onboard clients. Attend global conferences to generate leads and meet prospects. Requires 2–4 years in BD/Sales with native or fluent Mandarin and English skills, proficiency in CR, CTR, CPA, and ROI metrics, plus deep knowledge of iGaming, Finance, and E-commerce verticals. Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in BD / Sales at an ad network, affiliate network, DSP/SSP, or digital advertising company
- hands-on new-client acquisition with direct revenue responsibility
- Chinese (Mandarin) — native or fluent (C1+)
- English — B2+ for global team communication
