Job Summary
Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets while expanding and maintaining a strong business network. Cross-sell other banking products to mortgage customers and assist the Team Head in motivating team members to meet sales goals. Generate sales and management reports, keep abreast of current market information, and enforce sales discipline according to house rules. Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies. This role requires a minimum of two years of sales and service experience in mortgage gained from retail banking, preferably with relevant insurance licenses. China CITIC Bank International operates across Hong Kong, the US, Singapore, Macau, and the Chinese Mainland.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum of 2 years of sales & service experience in mortgage gained from retail banking
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage products and general banking products, services and related credit policies
- Smart market sense with innovative ideas to solicit new business opportunities
- Must be able to comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies
- Must be able to solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets
- Must be able to expand & maintain good business network
- Must be able to cross-sell other banking products to mortgage customers
- Must be able to assist Team Head in motivating team members to achieve sales targets
- Must be able to assist and support Team Head to enforce sales discipline according to house rules
- Must be able to generate sales / management reports and keep abreast of current market information
Desired Qualifications
