Business Development Manager - Chicago

Drive referral growth across the Chicago market by building and managing relationships with healthcare providers, practices, and community partners; execute targeted outreach initiatives and travel regionally. Build strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations to expand referral networks and brand visibility. Maintain at least 50 in-person interactions with referral sources weekly in Salesforce, analyze referral trends to guide outreach, and share weekly tactic snapshots with Sales and Operations leadership. Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to launch and promote new clinic locations, meet quarterly sales goals, and attend evening or weekend events as needed. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (preferred) and 1-2+ years in healthcare sales or provider outreach, with strong communication, networking, public speaking, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and the ability to work independently or in a team. The role may involve regular travel within the designated region and a hybrid work arrangement in Chicago.
