Job Summary
Outside Sales-focused Business Development Manager responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Engage with decision-makers to understand technology challenges, propose IT solutions (managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure), and communicate Century’s value through a consultative, customer-focused approach. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close; achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in revenue and profitability; build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. Requires 5+ years IT sales/business development experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills; independent, fast-paced work style.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or channel management
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of IT services, managed solutions, SaaS products, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and presentation
