Job Summary
Senior Business Development Manager responsible for identifying, planning, and pursuing collaborative and alternative delivery opportunities (e.g., design-build and turnkey) to expand CROM’s geographic footprint, grow bookings, and support qualification-based selection pursuits. Collaborates with BD managers, PMs, and technical leadership to develop pursuit strategies, engage clients through meetings and industry events, and promote CROM’s value proposition. Lead and support preconstruction planning, establish guidelines for partner alignment, champion best practices in collaborative delivery, and expand presence in existing and new geographic markets. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in engineering/construction, and Licensure pathway (PE or Licensed Contractor) within one year; travel and extensive stakeholder coordination are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in engineering, construction, or related industries, including experience with collaborative or alternative delivery projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Licensed Contractor, or a demonstrated pathway to licensure within one year.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
