Job Summary
Remote Business Development Manager to lead growth and partnerships in nucleic acid therapeutics. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with Business Intelligence to uncover high-potential leads, promote Axolabs as a leading CRO/CDMO, build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers, and drive growth through a structured sales process and strategic negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in winning new business in the pharma, biotech, or CDMO sectors
- Strong understanding of drug development and regulatory landscapes
- Expertise in external communication with customers, prospects, and industry partners
- Self-motivated, goal-driven and comfortable navigating complex sales cycles
