Job Summary
Develop and execute a territory business plan to increase loan volume and market share within the manufactured housing industry. Identify, prospect, and establish new relationships with retailers, communities, builders, and referral sources while serving as the primary representative for Cascade in your assigned region. Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to strengthen engagement, deliver exceptional customer service, and act as a trusted advisor by recommending tailored financing solutions. Train retailer sales associates on products and processes, and deliver presentations to executive leadership and large groups to drive partner adoption. Requires frequent travel within the multi-state territory and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in business development, outside sales, or relationship management roles within the Manufactured home industry
- Experience developing and growing referral-based business channels
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze sales performance and develop actionable growth strategies
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Frequent travel within assigned territory
Desired Qualifications
- Mortgage, banking, financial services, manufactured housing, or indirect lending experience
- Existing relationships within the manufactured housing, retail, builder, or community segments
- Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership teams and large groups
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals and market growth objectives
