Job Summary
Business Development Partner – Canada responsible for growing Canadian accounts and channels, focusing on secondary mass retail accounts and Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD) network coordination, and expanding digital/e-commerce initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams across sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to align customer requirements, product availability, and execution timelines; launches and grows opportunities in digital channels (Amazon, retailer sites, D2C), and supports channel development, pricing, program execution, and go-to-market initiatives; drives cross-functional execution to improve order fulfillment, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction; contributes to long-term growth strategy including category expansion (e.g., BMX, seasonal products). Expected to manage relationships with distributors and retailers, coordinate with reps, and execute Canadian-specific campaigns with U.S.-based marketing teams; regular interaction with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure pipeline visibility and execution. Travel is required; reports to the GM, Canada; full-time, permanent salaried.
