Job Summary
Hospital-facing business development leader to develop and execute growth initiatives across service lines, partnerships, and strategic ventures. Build financial models, ROI projections, and pro forma analyses; lead due diligence for new ventures, acquisitions, or affiliations; monitor industry trends, reimbursement shifts, and competitive dynamics. Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and clinical leadership to align objectives, track performance against targets, and present data-driven business cases to executive leadership and the Board. Cultivate relationships with physicians, physician groups, insurers, community organizations, and referring providers; represent the hospital at regional forums and community events. Leverage CRM and data analytics to manage the pipeline, referral patterns, and market penetration; translate complex data into strategic recommendations and actionable growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field required
- Master's degree strongly preferred (MBA, MHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development, strategy, or growth management within a healthcare or hospital environment
- Proven ability to develop financial models, conduct market analysis, and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience with physician enterprises, payer contracting, or post-acute networks is a strong plus
