Job Summary
Coordinate and implement the organisation's overarching business strategy through accommodation re-provision, service modernisation, and new developments. Lead feasibility studies, manage programme environments for major capital projects, and monitor tender portals to produce compelling submissions. Collaborate with operational colleagues to develop localised business plans, review fee packages, and maximise statutory income while overseeing the implementation of the CRM system. Actively network with internal and external stakeholders to build partnering opportunities, lead negotiations for new developments, and represent the organisation at relevant events.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Line Management experience
- Knowledge of strategy, planning and meeting set objectives
- Excellent digital literacy, ability to use MS office standard suits of software applications
- Experience of additional software applications common to the sector e.g. SharePoint & Teams
- Knowledge of funding bodies and commissioning frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the organisation to internal and external departments
- Exceptional organisational skills for project management
