Job Summary
Business Development Manager needed to drive growth for a multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm in Seattle, WA. Identify potential clients and projects, make direct contacts with leads and clients, coordinate presentations and interviews, track and maintain client and project leads in CRM, develop and integrate project profile information into the CRM and company website, and follow up with past clients through multiple channels. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline, 10 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience, and at least 5 years in Architectural/Engineering/Construction or related industry; proficiency with CRM software (Deltek Vision or Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- 10 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working within Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or related industry (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM contact software (Deltek Vision or Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
