Job Summary
This role focuses on closing commercial landscape maintenance contracts within the North Charlotte, Mooresville, and Statesville territory. You will prospect, estimate, and close deals, self-estimate using Aspire, build and manage a pipeline targeting large on-site accounts and HOAs, collaborate with the local branch manager and account management team, and contribute to a five-year growth objective. Compensation features base salary plus commission with targets and incentives; benefits and car allowance are included. Ideal candidates have 3–10 years of landscape sales experience, can independently estimate pricing, understand contract structures, and have a proven new-business track record.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to estimate landscape maintenance independently
