Job Summary
Business Development Manager to proactively and reactively sell profitable new business within a defined territory, manage a sales pipeline to meet KPIs, and act as the primary interface between Biffa and target customers. Responsibilities include door-to-door prospecting, pricing negotiations, reporting activity, and coordinating with Regional/Depot/GM to determine regional sales offensives. Ideal candidates will have a proven sales track record, experience generating a new-business pipeline, and a demonstrated ability to exceed targets, with background in telesales or hunter sales-driven roles.
