Job Summary
Business Development Manager role in the UK focused on driving growth for digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities include hunting for new business through self-sourced and company-provided leads, conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations, tailoring digital marketing solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and managing accounts for up to 12 months post-sale. Requires resilience, relationship-building, and strong presentation skills; experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable. UK driving licence with up to 6 points is required. Base salary £35,875 with an uncapped OTE up to £53,875 plus car allowance options. Permanent/full-time role based in Cheltenham, England, with remote working option.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales)
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
- Experience in selling digital marketing solutions or SaaS (desirable)
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)
