Job Summary
Business Development Manager for UK field sales and digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities include hunting for new business through self-sourced and company-provided leads, conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations to identify client needs, presenting and negotiating tailored digital marketing solutions, closing deals, and providing up to 12 months of post-sale account management. Requires a proven track record in Field Sales or high-performing telesales, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, resilience, and excellent presentation abilities. Desirable experience in solution selling or SaaS. A full UK driving license with up to 6 points is required. Offers a base salary with uncapped earnings potential and benefits including car allowance and holiday entitlement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales)
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections
- Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
