Job Summary
Drive sales development for controlled business clients, meet revenue and gross profit targets, and achieve sales KPIs through CRM. Identify and engage potential customers, build Rhenus brand presence in Indonesia, and represent the company at trade events. Formulate effective sales strategies and support the global key accounts. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of middle management experience in logistics, proficiency in English and Bahasa, and a background in freight forwarding.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years’ middle management level experiences in the logistics industry.
- Proficient English and Bahasa oral/written communication skills.
- Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (Outlook, Words, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Can-do mentality, empathic and positive attitude.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Forwarding industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
