Business Development Manager -Bamberger Amco Polymers

Job Summary
Lead business development for BA Polymers across North America, driving account development and pipeline growth with OEMs and suppliers. He/she will leverage broad product and market knowledge of engineering thermoplastics and the plastics resin supply chain to guide account strategy, provide technical guidance (OEM specification, material selection, application insights), collaborate with regional sales teams, and present state-of-the-art market intelligence to leadership. The role includes consultative support, opportunity discovery, CRM-driven reporting, and ongoing collaboration to expand customer base and opportunities, with travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years related experience in Engineered Thermal Plastics
- Excellent interpersonal, people management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented, disciplined, ability to prioritize & multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
