Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will drive profitable, sustainable growth in the aerospace logistics region by proactively creating, identifying, and converting new business opportunities. Responsibilities encompass the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting through to pitching, negotiation, and successful deal closure. The role requires building strategic relationships, delivering tailored logistics solutions, and ensuring commercial viability and customer alignment across implementation and onboarding. Key activities include lead generation, pipeline development, RFP/RFQ management, expanding sales channels, managing high-quality deals, and collaborating with global Network teams and Marketing to enhance brand presence and drive lead generation and sales conversion. The candidate should be a strong closer with excellent negotiation and influencing skills, capable of designing solutions that balance customer needs with company objectives, and possess analytical, data-driven thinking to shape winning sales strategies within the aerospace logistics sector. Must be eligible to work in the USA without employer sponsorship.
