Job Summary
Outside Sales/Business Development Manager for AVE’s hospitality-driven real estate brand, responsible for prospecting, owning a geographic territory, and driving sales for fully furnished apartments. The role emphasizes building corporate relationships, generating leads, closing new corporate accounts, and developing a book of business from the ground up. Responsibilities include conducting on-site tours of luxury furnished housing, networking with relocation professionals, selling flexible-stay solutions across industries, expanding existing corporate relationships, hosting on-site events, and managing pipeline and CRM to meet sales goals. The position supports collaboration with on-site teams and travel to establish a first-class service for partners, prospects, clients, and residents.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of proven outside sales/business development experience
- Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
- Sales hunter mentality
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Proven execution of successful business development strategies to uncover and close new corporate accounts
- Tenacious and skilled at overcoming objections
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Willingness to master and use a CRM, systems, and other sales tools (experience in ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus)
- Schedule flexibility in order to prioritize and pivot to business and client needs
- Must have reliable source of transportation for required daily networking, outreach, and sales appointments
