Job Summary
Scale fleet service sales in relevant markets and industries from prospecting to closing, manage the sales funnel from leads to pre-qualified leads, present service offerings, negotiate terms, and close deals; identify customers' service needs and align service agreements with fleet staff and partners; monitor onboarding and retention to maximize account satisfaction; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience ideally in the automotive or related service industries
- Successful track record in B2B sales
- Relevant relationships in the fleet world
- A consultative sales approach and ability to conduct a needs assessment
- Experience managing a sales funnel; well-versed in Salesforce
- Strong business acumen and drive to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and maintain customer satisfaction
