Job Summary
Manage and develop finance and insurance income activity for a defined group of dealerships by organizing visits to drive production, sales, and commitment through in-store skills modeling. Improve product market penetration and dealership profitability by identifying opportunities to increase volume, units under management, and VSA penetrations while introducing new programs. Deliver measurable results by driving F&I and sales processes, managing development activity to create customer loyalty, and providing ongoing products and services that make dealers the most profitable in the industry. Analyze and report monthly skills and metrics objectives, assist with recruiting, and communicate 90-day development plans to stakeholders. Travel 80% of the time to various dealerships and semi-industrial settings, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to work in diverse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university
- 5-8 years related experience and/or training
- 5+ years as a Sales, Finance or General Manager in Dealership Operations
- Discipline to work Independently within budget
- Ability to effectively utilize Salesforce
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- Willing to complete the courses and pass exams required by specific states needed to obtain applicable license
- 80% Road Warrior
- Physical and Environmental Requirements: significant domestic travel
- Physical and Environmental Requirements: exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
- Physical and Environmental Requirements: areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present
