Job Summary
Business Development Manager role based in Auckland focusing on outbound B2B sales to drive new business in the APAC region. Responsibilities include prospecting and engaging key decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels, conducting product demos to illustrate Fresha's SaaS platform for beauty and wellness businesses, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, performing cost-benefit and needs analyses with partners, collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience, gathering market feedback on industry trends, and ensuring timely follow-up on qualified inbound leads. The ideal candidate is a true hunter with relationship-building skills, organized multitasking ability, curiosity, and a track record in SaaS/online marketplaces or payment platforms, with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and to contribute to growth in the APAC territory.
